In order to participate in the Plan, you must meet certain age and service conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age; and
- You must complete a Year of Service and work at least 1,000 hours for us during the 12 month period immediately following your date of hire. If you do not work at least 1,000 hours during the 12 month period immediately following your date of hire, you will earn a Year of Service for the purpose of the Plan participation if you work at least 1,000 hours during any Plan Year after your date of hire.
- Plan entry dates for new participants are limited only to January 1 and July 1 of each Plan Year.
