COVID19

As the business community navigates the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting changes and challenges of the employment climate, The Arnold Group offers the following resources and protocols based upon the most recent federal and state guidelines.

Our up-to-date resources are designed to assist with key hot topics employers are dealing with such as conducting business and recruiting in the evolving workplace environment, motivating your workforce and managing employee stress:

The Arnold Group (TAG) believes in the right for employers to determine their own policies for employees. To best accommodate our business clients and remain consistent with our business practices, TAG is committed to mirroring and enforcing your organizations’ individual approach and policies as they intersect with our staffing/employment services.

In compliance with recent Kansas legislation, HB 2001 signed into law by Governor Kelly, TAG will honor the Employer COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement/Medical or Religious Based Exemptions. Any employee who does not wish to comply with a client’s policy on vaccination, testing, or masking requirement based on personal beliefs and/or qualified exemptions will remain eligible for TAG employment services, with the understanding they will not be considered for or placed on assignment at a client who maintains a vaccine/mask/testing requirement.

We remain committed to enforcing our business clients’ policies as well as honoring our employee’s right to personal choice with our ultimate goal being the safety and well-being of every workplace and every employee. As such, we follow the most recent guidance and protocols from the CDC regarding exposure and testing:
